We offer mid-sized wooden letters in solid Alder, Hickory, Maple and Walnut at a reasonable price in any letter style. These specialty woods make a sophisticated twist on our standard unpainted letters. They can be used to match furniture or trim, and work great for companies sporting a natural look.

The hardwood panel thickness varies from 3/4" to 13/16" depending on the stock. A size limitation on these panels allows us to only offer lettering 5-8 inches tall. The panels are solid wood and have wonderful character. All materials look great unfinished, or we can clear coat the face and sides to accentuate the grain and protect it from moderate weather changes. Unfinished specialty woods are ready to be stained any color you’d like once you receive them.

Optional mounting studs and template are available for an additional cost. These are threaded prongs that stick out of the back of the letter and go into the mounting surface for blemish free installation. Each order is cut custom so these letters are not returnable. Font Height

The letter height you order is based on the uppercase letter "A" of the font you specify. Depending on the font, some uppercase/lowercase letters may be shorter or taller than the height you specify on the order form so they will look proportionate to each other. Therefore, you may receive some of your lettering in different dimensions than the letter height ordered. If all lettering is ordered in lower case, we still scale the lettering to an uppercase "A" which will make most of the letters smaller than what was ordered. Fractions: Order the next size up and indiciate in the comments field the exact height you want your letters. For example, to order 2 5/8 Inch height, order 3 Inch and write in the comments "Cut at 2 5/8 Inches"
