Shipping Information
- We ship all orders either FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on size and weight. If your address only accepts one of these carriers please let us know by typing a note in the final check-out comment box.
- International orders are subject to import duties and customs taxes, each calculated based on the total value of the product and depending on that country’s particular requirements.
- All international credit card orders MUST have the same billing and shipping address. If your billing address does not match your shipping address we can accept paypal payments only.
- Most orders ship within 5-10 business days from the date the order is paid.
- Letters that are 26 inches or larger or weigh over 25 pounds will be charged actual shipping charges. This may be more than the shipping amount shown in the shopping cart. We will contact you before starting your order for approval.
