Serif Style Fabricated metal letters are sleek, strong, and demand attention. Made in the United States from 304 Stainless Steel Alloy, the face is welded with lead-free solder to the channel return for a crisp edge. Essentially any serif font can be fabricated, and the wide range of depths from 1/2" to 5" lend thickness options. A fabricated metal letter can be made into a cool halo lit sign by nestling LED lights into the channel. Halo lit signs are a sophisticated and popular way to illuminate a sign.

Standard finishes consist of natural satin, painted, or even polished. No other sign letter material offers a polished finish at the same price as natural satin, which adds significant value to this fabricated letter product. You can get the look of brass with a satin or polished gold titanium finish for twice the letter price, which is still only a fraction of the cost of actual brass lettering.

Several mounting options are offered with both fabricated steel letters and reverse channel letters so they can be displayed as just sign letters, illuminated letters, or stand-alone lettering with a bottom mount.

Font Height

The letter height you order is based on the uppercase letter "A" of the font you specify. Depending on the font, some uppercase/lowercase letters may be shorter or taller than the height you specify on the order form so they will look proportionate to each other. Therefore, you may receive some of your lettering in different dimensions than the letter height ordered. If all lettering is ordered in lower case, we still scale the lettering to an uppercase "A" which will make most of the letters smaller than what was ordered. Please contact us if you would like to size your lettering differently from our standards. Please see examples below:

Fractions: Order the next size up and indiciate in the comments field the exact height you want your letters. For example, to order 2 5/8 Inch height, order 3 Inch and write in the comments "Cut at 2 5/8 Inches"
