Powder coated letters are key for customers looking for aluminum lettering on a budget. Our powder coat letters come in many colors that are baked on in an electric charge that seals the aluminum in durability and produces an immaculate finish. We figured it made sense to put the same finish on sign lettering that is used on heavy duty equipment to ensure longevity. Gloss, Matte and metallic finishes are available.

For outdoor applications, we recommend ordering mounting studs and template. The paper template shows the location of the studs and the proper alignment and spacing of the lettering. Mounting studs are threaded prongs that screw into the back of the letter, are coated with construction grade adhesive, and set in holes drilled into the wall. Spacers are available for offset mounting that can create more dimension for the letters on the surface and produce a nice drop shadow. Indoor applications can be hung with adhesive or stud mounting.

Powder coat letters can be produced quickly and will ship within 5 business days or can be rushed to arrive even sooner than that if needed.

Font Height

The letter height you order is based on the uppercase letter "A" of the font you specify. Depending on the font, some uppercase/lowercase letters may be shorter or taller than the height you specify on the order form so they will look proportionate to each other. Therefore, you may receive some of your lettering in different dimensions than the letter height ordered. If all lettering is ordered in lower case, we still scale the lettering to an uppercase "A" which will make most of the letters smaller than what was ordered. Fractions: Order the next size up and indiciate in the comments field the exact height you want your letters. For example, to order 2 5/8 Inch height, order 3 Inch and write in the comments "Cut at 2 5/8 Inches"
