We love Corafoam letters because they are rigid and resistant to moisture, rot, and bugs. The high density foam letters are so lightweight they can be mounted with adhesive, but we also offer mounting studs for extended stability. Go big and bold with 3 inch thick letters, or even ask us for a quote on half a foot deep lettering for a modern lettering look. Everything is cut custom so we can build a tiered logo or special lettering at no additional cost.

Painted with a high grade automotive paint, the foam sign letters are essentially coated with a hard shell to protect them from the elements and damage from blowing debris. Our color selection is extensive, and we also offer color matching services with pantones and other paint brands.

Use a paper mounting template to align each foam letter and adhere it to the surface with construction grade adhesive, or order mounting studs and template to fully secure the lettering to the wall.

Font Height

The letter height you order is based on the uppercase letter "A" of the font you specify. Depending on the font, some uppercase/lowercase letters may be shorter or taller than the height you specify on the order form so they will look proportionate to each other. Therefore, you may receive some of your lettering in different dimensions than the letter height ordered. If all lettering is ordered in lower case, we still scale the lettering to an uppercase "A" which will make most of the letters smaller than what was ordered. Please contact us if you would like to size your lettering differently from our standards. Please see examples below:

Fractions: Order the next size up and indiciate in the comments field the exact height you want your letters. For example, to order 2 5/8 Inch height, order 3 Inch and write in the comments "Cut at 2 5/8 Inches"
