Outdoor vinyl is convenient for door, window, and sign lettering. Outdoor vinyl letters are precision cut so the lettering is properly spaced and aligned and there is no excess material. The vinyl outdoor lettering will come all on one sheet covered with a transfer sheet. All you have to do is put the exterior vinyl lettering on straight all at once to get a great looking outdoor vinyl sign. Outdoor vinyl lettering is about as thick as a piece of paper and appears as if painted on the surface. It can be used on glass or any other flat surface to make an inexpensive outdoor sign when dimensional letters are not required.
Vinyl lettering for outdoor signs comes in numerous colors, we can cut just about any font and logo. The transfer tape cover makes installation easy and the letters can be removed by just picking up a corner and pulling with very little residue left behind. The high performance vinyl we stock is slated to last at least 5 years outdoors for colors, and black and white will last at least 7 to 8 years, even in the most extreme weather conditions.

Font Height
The letter height you order is based on the uppercase letter "A" of the font you specify.
Depending on the font, some uppercase/lowercase letters may be shorter or taller than the height
you specify on the order form so they will look proportionate to each other. Therefore, you may
receive some of your lettering in different dimensions than the letter height ordered. If all
lettering is ordered in lower case, we still scale the lettering to an uppercase "A" which will
make most of the letters smaller than what was ordered. Please contact us if you would like to
size your lettering differently from our standards. Please see examples below:
Fractions: Order the next size up and indiciate in the comments field the exact height you want your letters.
For example, to order 2 5/8 Inch height, order 3 Inch and write in the comments "Cut at 2 5/8 Inches"
