Metal faced foam letters are a polished aluminum face with Corafoam backing and are painted on the side. These letters are indoor rated only. Corafoam is a unique material that offers many advantages. This light weight material is rigid and resistant to bugs, rot, and moisture. Corafoam is a closed-cell, high density polyurethane material. We offer Corafoam painted with a high quality outdoor paint in hundreds of colors. Corafoam letters are easy to mount using a high grade adhesive because they are lightweight. Metal faced Corafoam is an inexpensive alternative to solid metal letters.

Sizing Information

The letter height you order is based on the uppercase letter "A" of the font you specify. Some uppercase/lowercase letters are shorter (or taller) than the height you specify on the order form so that they will look proportionate to each other. For example, if you wanted to order the name, Ashley, and you ordered all the letters the same size, you would get the following letter sizes in relation to each other.
