Clear acrylic blanks are precision injection molded to a .080" thickness and silk screened to produce a blacked out panel except for letter. Small raised edges on the back prevent the printed ink from being scratched off while being moved around the sign. Feet on the base of each panel keep it from freezing to the track in the winter and from getting stuck on grit or grime trapped inside the track. These premium moonglo letters are silk screened with ecologically sound UV inks. The panels will not warp or blow away under most conditions, do not enclose the panels in any type of vandal proof cover as warping may occur. /p>

Our Changeable Letters are made from a rigid plastic that is not flexible. They are designed to slide into the track from the side and cannot be bent to pop into the track from the front. Please verify the panel height you are ordering will fit into your track before ordering. Make sure to order enough blanks to completely black out your sign. Opened packages cannot be returned. Font Height

The letter height you order is based on the uppercase letter "A" of the font you specify. Depending on the font, some uppercase/lowercase letters may be shorter or taller than the height you specify on the order form so they will look proportionate to each other. Therefore, you may receive some of your lettering in different dimensions than the letter height ordered. If all lettering is ordered in lower case, we still scale the lettering to an uppercase "A" which will make most of the letters smaller than what was ordered. Please contact us if you would like to size your lettering differently from our standards. Please see examples below:

Fractions: Order the next size up and indiciate in the comments field the exact height you want your letters. For example, to order 2 5/8 Inch height, order 3 Inch and write in the comments "Cut at 2 5/8 Inches"
