Gemlite channel panels were innovated to be able to offer lit sign letters as small as one inch tall as well as ready-to-hang illuminated signs. Color options include on 1 translucent LED color and 1 opaque painted background color and an opaque white can. For multi-color applications, please contact us for a quote.
The opaque white can reflects the most light and will also prevent most LED lighting systems from showing through the can side-walls, specifically if the LED modules are placed within 1” of the side of the panel.
Gemlite Channel Panels are UL recognized components for LED, the renewable resource plastics used meets flammability rating of 1, fire rating of 94HB and can be used with virtually any low voltage, low profile lighting system that does not require a metal can for a heat sink. These panels cannot be used with neon or light systems of greater than 24V. Light systems can be ordered for the lettering, please let us know you are interested in a quote on LED systems. Always match your face colors with LED colors, and only use low voltage, highest quality, low profile LED systems. . No mounting hardware is included.

Font Height
The letter height you order is based on the uppercase letter "A" of the font you specify.
Depending on the font, some uppercase/lowercase letters may be shorter or taller than the height
you specify on the order form so they will look proportionate to each other. Therefore, you may
receive some of your lettering in different dimensions than the letter height ordered. If all
lettering is ordered in lower case, we still scale the lettering to an uppercase "A" which will
make most of the letters smaller than what was ordered. Please contact us if you would like to
size your lettering differently from our standards. Please see examples below:
Fractions: Order the next size up and indiciate in the comments field the exact height you want your letters.
For example, to order 2 5/8 Inch height, order 3 Inch and write in the comments "Cut at 2 5/8 Inches"
