- How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
- With standard shipping, your order should arrive within 10-15 business days from the date that you place your order (if you are paying with credit card) and the same 10-15 business day period after we receive payment if you are mailing in a check. - Can I rush my order?
- You can get rush delivery of your order but there is no rush production time.
- Can I cancel my order?
- Once your order has been placed and paid for it may not be cancelled. Please confirm that your order is correct before clicking on the "Confirm Order" button. If you notice an error on your order please contact our customer service department within 24 hours.
- Can I return my order?
- We fully believe in the quality of our custom made products. We will grant a full refund or replacement on the subtotal of any order that is defective in quality or does not meet the description of the product according to the information provided on the web site. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if your item arrives defective or damaged. Each order is cut custom, which is great because it allows us to offer many variables such as color, finish, size and letter style, but this versatility means we are not able to reuse returned items. We are happy to send samples and digital proofs to ensure you are certain of your purchase before placing an order.
- How do I mount my letters?
- Letters can be installed with adhesive alone or a combination of adhesive and hardware. There are different instructions for the various mounting options.
- Does Woodland Manufacturing Ship Outside The USA?
- Yes, shipping outside the USA will be charged additional shipping. Most orders will arrive within 10 to 15 business days depending on location. Click here for more shipping details.
- Does Woodland Manufacturing Sell Wholesale?
- We do offer some of our products at a wholesale discount to sign companies who submit their Tax ID information. Contact us with information on what you are looking for and we can let you know if it is eligible for a discount.
- Is there additional shipping fee for oversize letters?
- Letters shipping within the United States that are 26 inches or larger will be charged actual shipping charges. Packages that are larger than 12 x 12 inches or weigh over 5lbs shipping internationally will be charged actual shipping charges. This may be more than the shipping amount shown in the shopping cart. We will contact you before starting your order for approval.
- Are products in stock?
- No, all of our products are custom made per order. We are pleased to offer virtually limitless sizes, letter styles, finishes and colors in our manufacturing process.
- Do you only make letters?
- No, our computer guided machines can cut any shape. Please email us with your artwork and we’ll get you a quote within 2 business days.
