Do we ship outside the USA?

Yes. All other countries may be charged extra shipping charges. Shipping outside the USA may delay the arrival of your package by a few days. Click here for more shipping details.

What is our return policy on our products?

All of the items that we offer are custom made therefore we do not offer any type of refund or credit for unused or returned items. We will send a replacement for the item that is defective in quality or does not meet the description of the product according to the information provided on the web site. We must be notified within 5 business days upon receipt of the product if it arrives defective or damaged. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have concerning our products.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

By default, your order should arrive within 10-15 business days from the date that you place your order (if you are paying with credit card) and the same 10-15 business days period after we receive payment if you are mailing in a check. Click here for more shipping details.

Can we rush orders?
