We will send a replacement for the item that is defective in quality or does not meet the description of the product according to the information provided on the web site. We must be notified within 5 business days upon receipt of the product if it arrives defective or damaged. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have concerning our products.How long will it take for my order to arrive?By default, your order should arrive within 10-15 business days from the date that you place your order (if you are paying with credit card) and the same 10-15 business days period after we receive payment if you are mailing in a check. If you need your order quicker than our standard 7-14 business day delivery period; we offer Rush Shipping which guarantees an order to arrive within 5 business days.
