A premium choice for painted outdoor sign letters, Medex is an outdoor rated composite made of wood particles held together by weather resistant adhesive that can stand up to varying temperatures. The composite material cuts exquisitely, is sealed with two coats of primer and then coated with highly durable automotive grade paint. The smooth painted finish is glossy, and no one will be able to tell these are made of wood. Matte finish is available on request and specific colors can be matched with an additional cost. We can add a rounded or beveled edge for extra dimension and style on any of our wood letters. Optional stud mounting provides an unblemished lettering and includes a template for simple installation and alignment Router cut letters can be made in any font and allow for custom logos to be made to your specifications. Our Medex letters do not come with any mounting hardware. Mounting studs are available for an additional charge. These studs are threaded aluminum prongs that stick out of the back of the letter. The mounting template will display the location of the studs and is used to drill holes in the wall where the lettering is mounted. Alternative mounting options are heavy duty adhesive or drilling screws through the face of the letter.
