My church, Grace Bible Church in Helendale CA., ordered some letters a few months ago. They came in and looked great. However, we did not receive part of the order, or at least no one here can remember seeing them. So I contacted your people to find out what to do. I spoke to Casey, who was very helpful, even though we took so long to contact you about the missing letters. She did some research and got back with me and said the company would make new letters and send them out at no charge.

We received them today. I wanted to write to commend Casey and the company for exceptional service. You’ve gone above and beyond expectations. We are very pleased and will be ordering from you again and recommending you to anyone who asks.

Because my request was for multiple fonts, I placed the final order by telephone and found the representative to be quite helpful. I'm writing because I want to thank you for all of the wonderful service I (and my organization) received from you and your company in completing our wood-cutting project. It was an absolute pleasure to work with you, and we will look to do so again with future projects. I would send you a picture of one of our finished pieces, but I don't have my digital camera right with me. If you would like one, let me know. If it's of value for you to know, we decided to using finishing wood stain on our plywood pieces and it worked wonderfully, and helped to preserve the texture of the wood while adding very nice color. Dear Woodland Manufacturing,

I would like to take a few moments to express to you how happy I am with the
products you sold to me.

I purchased some of your unpainted wooden letters for use for a sign for my new
computer store I'm opening soon, called Computer Corner. At first, when
contemplating how to design a sign, I thought I might be using some sort of a
printed banner, or other form of signage. Instead, and fortunately, I found
your website (incidentally, by simply searching for 'wooden letters' with my
favorite search engine). Using your site, I designed the letters the way I
wanted, choosing the fonts I liked, and placed the order. Within only a few
days, I received an extremely well-packaged box with my new wooden letters, and
was instantly very pleasantly surprised and almost shocked at the quality and
especially the accuracy of the letters.

Very rarely does a company produce such quality products that actually are
exactly as advertised, and even surpasses what the customer might expect.

I am opening Computer Corner within the next several days. I know that thanks
to Woodland Manufacturing, I'll be ready to proudly display my sign and that
should help to bring in new business.

The stencils arrived and are letter perfect. I haven't tried them yet but I placed them over samples of original lettering and each letter was dead on in width, height and length. Thanks so much for making this work.
