Rustic or uptown, bronze letters hold their own in the country or city. A pinnacle in serious signage, bronze lettering can be finished to look sparkling new or antique. Bronze lettering and logos are cut with a computer guided water jet that follows every detail.

Natural satin is the most common finish for decorative bronze letters, but people are also enamoured with the shimmery oil-rubbed look of the oxidized and dark oxidized finishes. For establishments wanting to look as if they've been around long enough for their letters to patina, there is a process that puts a traditional verde patina or turquoise patina that do just that. Take note, the patina will vary from letter to letter, will change over time and can bleed onto the surface when displayed outdoors. The polished finish reflects like a mirror and enriches the appearance of the company the moment it is installed.

We include studs and template with all flat cut bronze letters that are 1/4" or thicker. The paper template shows the location of the studs and the proper alignment and spacing of the lettering. Mounting studs are threaded prongs that screw into the back of the letter, are coated with construction grade adhesive, and set in holes drilled into the wall. Spacers are available for offset mounting that can create more dimension for the letters on the surface and produce a nice drop shadow. Unless specified for stud mount at an additional cost, 1/8" letters are plain mount and can be mounted with adhesive. Letters must be stud mounted for polished finishes.

Font Height

The letter height you order is based on the uppercase letter "A" of the font you specify. Depending on the font, some uppercase/lowercase letters may be shorter or taller than the height you specify on the order form so they will look proportionate to each other. Therefore, you may receive some of your lettering in different dimensions than the letter height ordered. If all lettering is ordered in lower case, we still scale the lettering to an uppercase "A" which will make most of the letters smaller than what was ordered. Fractions: Order the next size up and indiciate in the comments field the exact height you want your letters. For example, to order 2 5/8 Inch height, order 3 Inch and write in the comments "Cut at 2 5/8 Inches"
