Aluminum Faced Polyethylene Letters are made with sheets of aluminum on both side of a polyethylene center. This type of material gives you the aluminum sign letter look with out the expensive metal letter pricing. They are perfect for outdoor signage. You can choose from over 1,700 different fronts making your aluminum sided polyethylene letters truly custom. Aluminum sided letters are available in 1/8 inch thickness options. Available in a variety of different colors. If ordered with stud mount hardware the letters will be raised ½ inch from the wall. If you want the letter to be flushed against the wall we recommended ordering without the stud mount hardware.

Sizing Information

The letter height you order is based on the uppercase letter "A" of the font you specify. Some uppercase/lowercase letters are shorter (or taller) than the height you specify on the order form so that they will look proportionate to each other. For example, if you wanted to order the name, Ashley, and you ordered all the letters the same size, you would get the following letter sizes in relation to each other.
