We ship all orders either Fed Ex or USPS, depending on size and weight.
- If your address only accepts one of these carriers please let us know by typing a note in the final check-out comment box.
We do not ship to Post Office (P.O.) Box.
International orders are subject to import duties and customs taxes, each calculated based on the total value of the product and depending on that country’s particular requirements.
All international credit card orders MUST have the same billing and shipping address. If your billing address does not match your shipping address we can accept paypal payments only.
Some of our products can be shipped faster than the standard shipping option shown above.
Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days from the order date (or 7-14 business days from the date we receive payment if you are paying with a check or money order).

Injection Molded Lettering: usually ships within 2-4 business days.
Acrylic Lettering: usually ships within 5-6 business days.
Most Metal Lettering: ships out within 7-10 business days.

Letters that are 26 inches or larger will be charged actual shipping charges. This may be more than the shipping amount shown in the shopping cart. We will contact you before starting your order for approval.
